Refund and Return Policy
At Claire Beauty Shop, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care to ensure that all products and services meet the highest standards of quality.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly provide your order number, details of the issue, and clear photos of the item received.
Once your request has been reviewed and approved:
• You may exchange the item for the correct product (subject to availability).
• You may receive a store credit.
• A refund may be issued where applicable.
Approved refunds will be processed within 2–5 working days after confirmation.
Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds for:
• Change of mind after purchase.
• Used, opened, or altered products.
• Hair products, wigs, extensions, and beauty items that have been worn or used.
• Items damaged after delivery.
• Sale or clearance items unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
For salon services, refunds are not available once a service has been completed. However, if you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
